Description

Final concord before Thomas Holte, justice of North Wales and John Puleston, esquire, constable of Caernarfon castle, between Richard Bulkeley, plaintiff and Richard ap Robert ap William ap Meredith and Margaret his wife, defendants, by which Richard and Margaret acknowledge that 4 messuages and 100 acres of land, 40 acres of meadows, 100 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood, and 100 acres of moor, marsh, heath and peat with appurtenances in Llanfair belong to Richard Bulkeley and for the quitclaim he pays £20 to them.

Endorsed: note of 3 proclamations (4 July 1543, 15 October 1543 and 23 June 1544).
