Description

Indenture of bargain and sale between Henry Tailer, citizen and merchant tailor of London, and Peter Hazard, citizen and fishmonger of London, by which Henry Tailer sells to Peter Hazard half of 2 messuages or tenements in Watling street, in the parish of All Hallows, in Bread street, London, in occupation of Barnabas Meare and Thomas Baylie, called the Crooked Image, with half of all the shops, cellars, rooms, commodities and appurtenances, with reversions and all the deeds, after the decease of Jane Skerne, wife of Robert Skerne and widow of William Hunt.

Witnesses: William Richbell and Robert Mansell.

Endorsed: note of enrolment on the Close Rolls of Chancery, 12 October, signed by Edward Goddard.
