Indented award by Hugh Powell, Edward Broughton and John Younge, arbitrators between Richard Younge and Francis Younge, sons of the late Thomas Younge concerning messuages, lands, meadows, woods and pasture with appurtenances in More, Shropshire. They award to Richard Yonge all the messuages, lands, tenements, meadows, woods and pastures which were given to him by his father, and a meadow called the Mares, mortgaged to Roger Nicolas, and to be redeemed by Francis Younge by 2 February 1573. Richard Younge and his heirs shall have two acres of arable land, one in a place called Hartvylle and the other one in Rundelles meadow, and the prominence in the seat in the church of More pertaining to the mansion house of Thomas Yonge, and they shall, together, present a new parson for the said church. They shall enjoy and have equally the woods held by their father and Francis Younge shall have one cottage with garden and orchard, and all the lands, tenements, meadows, woods and pasture which were given to him by his father.
