Indenture between William Younge, of More, Shropshire, and Richard Younge of More's Wood, Shropshire, his brother, on one part and John Bradeley, of Hockstowe, Shropshire, on the other part, by which William and Richard lease to Bradeley a capital messuage, 2 cottages with their appurtenances in More and More's Wood, and all the buildings, orchards, curtilages, gardens, arable lands, meadows, pastures, woods, privileges, ways, lands, tenements, hereditaments, easements and others, paying yearly 12d. for the term of 99 years. Condition of the deed is the payment by William Yonge to John Bradeley of £25 per year for 7 years, and £275 by the 25 March 1627, or, to make void the indenture, he can pay within the next 7 years £250.

Endorsed: note that the indenture was showed before a commission for the case between Richard Yonge, plaintiff and John Bradeley, defendant, in date 24 January 1625.
