Letters patent, exemplification of the suit in the Court of Common Pleas Michaelmas Term 2 Charles I (1626), rot 43, between George Holland and Henry Tomson, Richard Younge's guardians, plaintiffs and William Younge defendant, for 4 messuages, 40 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood with appurtenances in More, that David Younge gave to Thomas Younge and Ann, his wife, after their death the lands went to Richard Younge and then to Nicholas Younge, whose heir is Richard Younge, the plaintiff. William Younge claims his rights on 10 acres of land, and 40 acres of pastures, in More, with appurtenances held by Francis Younge, his father. Richard Younge shall stay in possession of the 4 messuages, 30 acres of land, 20 acres of pasture and 20 acres of wood. Dated at Westminster. Common Pleas seal for Chas I.
