Description

Letter by Edward Llome to the justices of Assize in Shropshire: having been served a writ of subpoena to testify in a case between John Griffith, plaintiff and Charles Moore, defendant, for trespass, he cannot travel because of his age and his health, but they can use the deposition he gave before the Court of Wards and Liveries in the suit between Richard Younge, plaintiff and William Younge, defendant, for lands in More, Shropshire.
