Description

Final concord made at Westminster before James Dyer, Richard Weston, John Walshe and Richard Harpur, justices, between Richard Younge and Francis Younge, plaintiffs and Katherine Hyggins, widow, George Hyggins and Richard Hyggins, defendants, by which the defendants acknowledge 2 messuages, 2 tofts, 2 cottages, 300 acres of land, 60 acres of meadow, 100 acres of pasture, 60 acres of wood, 200 acres of field and heath, and 2 shillings of yearly revenue, in More and Mores wood to belong to the plaintiffs, for which the plaintiffs pay £40.
