Description

Summons to Thomas Maddox, John Moundford the older, Charles Moundford, John Moundford the younger, Jonas Meredith and his wife, Humphrey Meredith, David Younge, Francis Colborne, Hugh Colborne and his wife and Katherine Llewellyn, to appear before a commission issued by the court of Chancery to Peter Scarlett, Hugh Edwards, Edward Broughton and Robert Noblett, gents, to be examined as witnesses in a case concerning Richard Younge, defendant, and William Younge, plaintiff.
