Writ to the sheriff of Shropshire to empanel a jury in a case regarding the king against William Younge. Jury panel in the case between the King and William Younge, with names of jurors selected. Copy of proceedings in the Court of King's Bench at Westminster, Hilary term 19 James I Memorandum concerning the case between Richard Younge and William Younge for a messuage or tenement called Farme house, and lands, meadows, pastures, and 4 cottages, with appurtenances in More, Shropshire.
Endorsed: note that afterwards William Younge went before the justices of the king's Bench, to swear that Nicholas Younge died not seised of the tenement called Farme house, for this reason he has been allowed to proceed in his plead.
