Obligation between Henry Tompson, of More, Shropshire and Peter Wood, of Clifford's Inn, and Thomas Stedman of Hoggesbowe, Shropshire, for £60. Condition of the obligation is the payment to Thomas Stedman of £35 6s 8d; further condition that if Griffith Midleton and Thomas Spencer arbitrators on behalf of Thomas Stedman, Margaret Bradley, widow, Edward Bradley, William Younge, Henry Thompson, Richard Younge and Richard Cooper make end of all the suits between them, the obligation will be void.
