Grant in free marriage by John of Eslington (Eslingtone), knight, to Robert, his son and heir, and Christina, daughter of William Ridel, and their heirs of 100 solidates of annual rent in Eslington, Northumberland, namely in two parts of a mill with suit, mulcture and appurtenances, 2½ marks in bonded tenure from a tenement in Eslington, namely: 10 shillings of rent to be taken from the farm of the lands of William miller, 7 shillings from the farm of the lands of Adam Hers, 8 shillings from the farm of the lands of Elias son of the smith, 4s. 4d. from the farm of the lands of Ralph Keng, and 4 shillings from the farm of the lands of William King.
