Indented grant by Richard Davyson, Thomas Hudson, Robert Thewe and John Thewe to Henry Swinhoe of lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services with appurtenances in Swinhoe and Beadnell, Northumberland and half manor in Little Usworth, Durham.

Dated at Swinhoe.
