Grant by Engelyas, relict of Hugh de Mouhaut to Goderic of Newsham (Neusom), Isabella, his wife, and John, their son, of the 2 messuages that Henry le Inglys held from her at farm, a toft that Adam Ack held from her, with appurtenances and all lands tenements that she had of the gift and grant of Margaret, her mother, in Felkington (Felkindon), Durham. They have to pay yearly for 3 years 5 silver marks for the sustenance of a chaplain celebrating divine service for her and her husband's souls. With reversion to the heirs of Alice, Engelyas's daughter.
