Sale by Edward Grymeston senior of Rishangles, Suffolk, and Edward Grymeston junior of Bradfield, Essex, to John Wellesborne, of Fulwell, Oxfordshire, of a cottage or tenement, with curtilage and its appurtenance, a yard-land with all its appurtenances, the meadow-land called Winstouslake, containing 3 acres of land, with woods, underwoods, and trees, rents, revenues and others appurtenances and emoluments in Westbury, Buckinghamshire, given to them by Queen Elizabeth in a letter patent under her Great Seal on 22 September 1579. Michael Larecomt and Richard Chamberlayn appointed as attorneys by Edward Grymeston senior and Edward Grymeston junior to deliver their lands to John Wellesborne.
Witnesses: Thomas Vaughan and Fredrick Phippes.
Endorsed: note of the delivery of the lands to John Wellesborne by Michael Laurent and Richard Chamberlayn, attorneys of Edward Grymeston senior and junior in date 3 November 1580.
Witnesses: Ralph Negton, William Witting and William Piwaneon.
