Indenture tripartite between Francis Wye, of South Cerney, Gloucestershire, on the first part, William Shatswell, of London, and John Style, of Clement Inn, Middlesex, stating that the manor with all its rights and appurtenances, messuages, cottages, tofts, edifices, buildings, barns, mills, dovehouses, orchards, gardens, lands, tenements, meadows, feedings, pastures, wastes, woods, underwoods, rents, revenues, profits, commodities and hereditamentsof Francis Wye in Gloucestershire, within the towns of South Cerney, Cerney Wick, Barnsley and Minty, shall remain in the only and limited use of Francis Wye and his male heirs, and, in absence of his heirs, in use of the heirs of Francis Wye junior, his godson, son of Anthony Wye, his brother, or in absence of his heirs, in use of John Wye, son of Richard Wye, son of William Wye, of Kemble in Wiltshire, or in absence of his heirs, in use of Charles Wye, natural brother of Francis Wye, or, in absence of his heirs, in use of George Wye, son of Anthony Wye, or in absence of his heirs, in use of Francis Wye, son of William Wye, son of Charles Wye and his heirs.
