Indenture tripartite between Francis Wye, of South Cerney, Gloucestershire, on one part, and John Amorgan Woolfe of Whitland, Carmarthen, and John Style, of Clemente Inn, Middlesex, on the other part, stating that the messuage, toft, cottage, houses, edifices, buildings, barns, stables, mills, dovehouses, orchards, lands, tenement, meadows, feedings, pastures, waste, woods, underwoods, rents, revenues, services, profits, and hereditaments of Francis Wye in Gloucestershire in the towns of South Cerney, Cerney Wick, Barnsley and Minty shall remain in the sole use of Francis Wye and his male heirs, or, in absence of his heirs, in use of the heirs of Francis Wye junior, son of the late Anthony Wye, or, in absence of his heirs, in use of the heirs of John Wye, son of Richard Wye, son of William Wye of Kemble, Wiltshire, or in absence of his heirs, in use of the male heirs of Charles Wye, or, in absence of his heirs, in use of the male heirs of George Wye, son of Anthony Wye, or, in absence of his heirs, in use of the heirs of Charles Morgaye Sisters, son of Francis Wye.
