Arbitration by Edmund Beaufort, count of Mortain, of the dispute between John Copuldyk, son of William Copuldyk on one part and Richard Pynchebek, son of Thomas Pynchebek, Richard Welby, son of Roger Welby, Athelard Welby, parson of Surfleet and John Edlyngton vicar of Pinchebek, on the other part, about a manor in Freiston, Lincolnshire. The decision is on behalf of Richard Pynchebek, Richard Welby, Adelard Welby and John Edlyngton.
