Description

Indenture whereby Richard Kirkham of Blagdon, Devon, esquire is granted by Sir Edward Cary of Stantor, Devon, knight, and Thomas Risden of Sandwell, Devon, esquire, the manor of East Cornworthy, Devon, (details specified), land and messuages in Payhembury, Townstal, and Salcombe, Devon (details specified), and a moiety of messuages and land called Heathfield in Aveton Giffard, Devon, which Cary and Risden had recovered against Richard Kirkham in the preceding Michaelmas term.

[Endorsed] Witnesses: Walter Retorick, senior, John Houghton, senior and Joshua Came.
