Extract of a plea roll of the county of Anglesey held at Beaumaris before John [Talbot], earl of Shrewsbury, chief justice of North Wales, whereby William Griffith ['Gruffith'], esquire, made a pleading in Caernarfon, seeking a licence relating to land (details specified) in the commote of Menai, in the towns of Porthamel, Gwydryn and 'Trefskawen'. For a fine of 2s. Pledge: Henry [text missing].
