Description

Obligation by Thomas Owens, clerk, William Hopkin, gentleman, and Humphrey Lloyd, esquire, all of Llandeilo Tal-y-bont, Glamorgan, on the one part, to Henry Best, citizen and scrivener of London, on the other part, for 20 marks.

Witnesses: Banister Bolsworthe, Thomas Fenes, Edward Britten senior, and Henry Best scrivener. Dorse: conditions of the bond that Owens, Hopkin and Lloid pay £7 6s 8d to Best on 6 November 1597.
