Final concord made at the Great Sessions in Cardiff, Glamorgan, between David ap William ap Rees Lloyd ('Lloid), plaintiff, and William ap Rees Lloyd and Joan, his wife, defendants, by which William and Joan confirm 15 messuages, 12 tofts, one dove-cot, one curtilage, four gardens, four orchards, 130 acres of land, 94 acres of meadow, 34 acres of pasture, 30 acres of woodland, 20 acres of heath, and one water-mill in Llandeilo Tal-y-bont, Llangyfelagh and Swansea, Glamorgan, to be the property of David, for the consideration of £33.
