Description

Indenture between John Wellsbourn, esquire, and John Wethers, citizen and merchant tailor of London, witnessing that where John Wellsbourn had released to John Wethers a great messuage and garden in Paternoster Row in London, Wethers now leased the property back to Wellsbourn for the term of 30 years. Signed and sealed by John Wethers.
