Indenture between Sir Richard Smith of Leeds Castle, Kent, Sir Edward Mosley of Grays Inn, Middlesex, king's attorney in the duchy of Lancaster, Sir Thomas Smith of 'Bidborrowe', Sir Dudley Diggs of Chilham, Kent, and Anthony St Leger [Sentleger], of Ulcombe, Kent, brother of Sir Warham St Leger [Sentleger], of Ulcombe on the one part, and Sir John Davy of Aldermanbury, London, on the other part. By this deed, Smith and Moseley acknowledge receipt of £800 from Davy and discharge him for conveyance of 300 acres of wood and wood ground in Leeds, Langley, Bromfield, Sutton, and Ulcombe, formerly of Sir Warham St Leger One seal.
