Indenture between Sir Warham St Leger [Seintleger] of Ulcombe, Kent, and Sir Edward Moseley of Grayes Inn, Middlesex, king's attorney in the duchy of Lancaster, on the one part, and Sir Richard Smith of Leeds castle, Kent, on the other part. Grant and sale for £400 fully paid, of the messuage and tenement of Westhale, in the parish of Staplehurst, Kent, for the annual rent of £35 formerly belonging to Leeds priory.
Signed and sealed by Warham St Leger [Seintleger] (seal lost) and Edward Moseley.
Witnesses: Anthony Seintleger, John Cynlyffe, Rowland Brograve. Endorsement to indicate enrolment on the close roll dorse on March 22 1617.
