Obligation by Sir Warham St Leger [Seintleger]of Leeds castle, Kent, to Sir Richard Smith of Bromley, Kent, in £3000. Condition: whereas St Leger, Sir John Scott, and Edward Mosely, esquire, have, by an indenture on the same date as the obligation, granted, bargained and sold to Smith the castle of Leeds, Kent, with all other members, rights, and appurtenances, if Smith enjoys possession without trouble or disturbance by St Leger, as in the indenture is more plainly expressed, then the obligation shall be void.
