Memorandum of legal argument to be used in a case concerning the site of the priory of Leeds in Kent. The history of grants, exchanges and sales of the lands since 1544-5 between Sir Anthony St Leger and the crown is rehearsed, with a copy of the text of an exchange with the crown of 13 August 1550, and a declaration that the grant to St Leger is void because no estate in fee was passed to the crown and the king made his grant upon a deceit.
