Indenture of agreement made by the arbitration of Hugh ap Gruffith Vaughan and Griffith ap Ednevet alias Glynne to resolve the conflict between Humphrey Gwynne and his son Hugh, and Maurice Jones and his son John regarding lands in the township of Yvaerdre Ucha, Merioneth, originally leased by Humphrey to John ap Llewellyn, who then alienated them to Maurice Jones.
