Indenture between Thomas Jackson, doctor of divinity, president of Corpus Christi College Oxford and the scholars of the same, on the one part, and Thomas Wood of the University of Oxford, gentleman, and William Parker of the city of Westminster, gentleman, on the other part. Leasing various lands and tenements in the parish of Barston, Lincolnshire, late in the tenure of William Bruce or his assigns, and various lands and messuages in Orby and Aby in the parish of Hayther, in the tenure of Francis Quinningborough or his assigns and let to tenure of William Bruce, including all trees of oak, ash, elm and willow, paying in kind by pecks of sweet wheat and sweet malt or their value at best market price.
