Indenture between Thomas Faldo of Grays Inn, Middlesex, on the one part and Rous Clopton of Westminster, Middlesex, on the other part. Lease of a tenement comprising a house and garden in the parish of St. Margaret, Westminster, for 31 years, at an annual rent of 13 pounds. The tenant is to make all necessary repairs to the premises during his tenure, and to build at his own cost a wall along the ditch bordering it within the first eight years.
