Indenture of sale between Philip Wolverston alias Wolfreston of London and Frances his wife, and Thomas Bulbecke and Timothy Feldinge on the other part. Acknowledgement By Wolverson and his wife of the receipt of £200 from Bulbeck and Feldinge for the bargain and sale of the manor of Wolverson alias Wolfreston Hall in Suffolk, with all rights, members, appurtenances, etc. for an annual rent of £100 during the life of Wolverston and for 100 marks to be paid annually to his wife if she outlives him, to be paid at the Temple Church, London, at Michaelmas and the Annunciation in equal portions. 2 seals. Annotation of enrolment on dorse of close roll on 3 October 1573.
