Description

Will of William Hurst of Oxon, Devon, esquire. Property in Oxon, Kenton, the manors of East Wonford, Teignharvey, Lashbrook, Manworthy, Moore and Perry, Devon, and all his property in Cornwall and the city of Exeter (not specified) to his wife during the minority of his son and heir Nicholas Hurst, and then to hold the 'twoe parte' of the property for term of her life. Reversion if Nicholas dies without heirs to Nicholas Martyne, alderman of Exeter.
