Indenture between William Risley of Chetwode, Buckinghamshire, esquire, on the one part and John Temple of Stowe, Buckinghamshire, and Thomas Temple, gentleman, son and heir apparent of John, on the other part, by which John and Thomas grant William the manor of Fringford with appurtenances in Oxfordshire, the advowson of the church of Fringford, the messuage or farm in Water Stratford, Buckinghamshire, the messuage, lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, woods, underwoods, commons, profits, commodities and hereditaments with appurtenances in Preston, Buckinghamshire, and various property in Godington, Oxfordshire, in consideration of a marriage between Paul Risley, son and heir apparent of William, and Dorothy Temple, one of the daughters of John, to be inherited by Paul Risley, then George Risley, gentleman, second son of William, and then Thomas Risley, gentleman, youngest son of William.
