Indented lease by Thomas Rowe, citizen and alderman of London, to John Negus of Clapham, Bedfordshire, yeoman, of a tenement or messuage with yards, lands, meadows, pastures and commons with appurtenances in the parishes of Clapham, Oakley and Bedford, Bedfordshire, a moiety of a close of land called Acre Close in Clapham, Bedfordshire, thirty-one and a half acres of land in the fields of Clapham, Bedfordshire, and a moiety of three acres of meadow in Oakley, Bedfordshire, for the term of 20 years, for annual rent of £5 in two equal payments. One seal.
