Obligation between John Preston of Assington, Suffolk, brick-maker, and Robert White of Assington, yeoman, on the one part, and Peter Alston of Bramford, Suffolk, gentleman, on the other part, for £37. Condition of the obligation is that £19 8s 6d is paid to Peter Alston on 2 December 1619.
Sealed and delivered in the presence of Edward Reny and Francis Haye? Two seals and marks of John Preston and Robert White. Note that £7 was received on 21 December 1619.
