Obligation between Robert Trenham of 'Barfold' [Barfield], Suffolk, cloth worker, and Ralph Ascus of Barking, Suffolk, miller, on the one part, and Peter Alston, gentleman, on the other part, for £26. Condition of the obligation is that £13 is paid to Peter Alston on 24 June 1623.
Sealed and delivered in the presence of Dudley Malim and Henry Rynner. Two seals and signatures of Robert Trenham and Ralph Ascus. Note that £3 was received of Trenham in July 1623.
