Obligation between Thomas Todd of Stoke by Nayland, Suffolk, clothier, and Nicholas Cooper of Stoke by Nayland, 'saymaker', on the one part, and Peter Alston of Bramford, Suffolk, gentleman, on the other part, for £10. Condition of the obligation is that £5 is paid to Peter Alston on 2 February 1631.
Sealed and delivered in the presence of 'Foliat' Purslowe and Francis Andrew. Two seals and signatures of Thomas Todd and Nicholas Cooper.
