Description

E 179/176/573-580 and 582 formerly comprised assortments of loose membranes from assessment rolls relating to the collection in Hampshire of the Hearth Tax granted to Charles II in 1662. These were sorted and transferred to E 179/375/32, E 179/176/569 and E 179/247/30 in February 1962.
