Inscribed 'This is the drawing No 1 referred to in the agreement dated [blank] day of [blank] 1858 made between myself of the one part and Frdk. Mangles Esq., Treasurer of County Courts of the other part'. Signed by James Howard; by Frederick Mangles, Treasurer; and by Charles Reeves, Surveyor of County Courts.
