Rochester County Court. Contract drawing number 1: block plan and basement plan. Scale: 1 inch to 10 feet; 1 inch to 4 feet. Signed by Charles Reeves, Surveyor of County Courts. Inscribed 'This is the plan marked No 1 referred to in the Specification of the works to be executed in the erection of the County Court House and Offices at Rochester in the County of Kent according to indenture or Deed of Contract bearing the date the thirty first day of May 1861 and made between Kenneth Spicer of Strood in the County of Kent of the one part and William Augustus Tollemache of Eaton Place West in the County of Middlesex, Esquire Treasurer of the County Courts of Kent of the other part'; signed by Reeves and Spicer. Stamped 'London 5.7.61'; also stamped with two 6d and one 9/- stamps.
