Description

Drafts, proofs and revises of H C Rothery's Some Remarks on the Letters of Historicus [on Some Questions of International Law]: and on the question whether a Ship of War [warship] is wholly exempt from Local Jurisdiction whilst she is in Foreign Territorial Waters, with miscellaneous notes and correspondence relating to slave cases
