Captured ship: L'Aigle (master Duffour).
History: a French ship bound from the Isle de France (Mauritius) to France; taken in 1803 by
Documents: c 500 letters, some opened. The origin of these lettters was lost early (1810s?), and they were placed in large mail sack marked Sao Marcos, probably taken from HCA 32/1665/5410.
