Seven bundles of correspondence and papers. Six large bundles are a mixture of commercial and personal correspondence and papers possibly belonging to the ship's passengers. One small bundle contains duplicates of correspondence from Malartic, Governor of the Isle de France, to the French minister for war in Paris [name unknown], and includes a list of passengers travelling on board the Franc.
