Particulars: Captain Pinatel. With letters from the Admiralty of France granting permission for the Iris to sail from Marseille to the Isle de France and the Isle de Bourbon, 14 January 1776.

Personal papers of Jean Francois Anthoine, including royal letters of appointment to the posts of Second Conseiller au Conseil Supérieur, 01 July 1766, and Lieutenant de Juge, 27 November 1771, for the Isle de France.
