With numerous copies (several authors) of memorials addressed to government ministers in favour of a Colonel's brevet being granted to Sieur Lazare, L'abbe de Talsey, of the Royal Engineering Corps based at Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe. With additional personal and business correspondence.
