Ten rolled particulars and constats for leases rated by the Surveyor General to 1810 and the Commissioners of Woods, Forests and Land Revenues thereafter, directed to the Clerk of the Pipe by the Treasury. Following the rate is the Treasury warrant to the Clerk of the Pipe to prepare a lease to pass the Exchequer seal.
