Journal of HMS Barfleur by Henry Plowman, Surgeon, for 9 March 1808 and 8 March 1809, during which time the said ship was employed in Portsmouth Harbour, Spithead, off the River Tagus, Vigo Bay, Corunna Harbour, Cawsand Bay and off Cadiz. HMS Barfleur also acted as a hospital ship to receive the military wounded of the battle of Corunna. (Described at item level).
