Folios 1-2: William Griffiths, aged 23, marine; taken ill on 21 March 1809 while cruising; disease or hurt, sense of tightness across the chest with straitness of the lungs impeding respiration; discharged 10 April 1809 to duty.

Folio 3: Martin Myers, aged 23, ordinary seaman; taken ill on 4 May 1809 while cruising; disease or hurt, acute pain of the abdomen; discharged 20 May 1809 to duty.

Folios 3-4: William Field, aged 18, landsman; taken ill on 13 July 1809 off Brighton; disease or hurt, fell from the topsail yard upon deck with suspected fracture of the cranium; discharged 30 July 1809 to duty.

Folios 4-5: Edward Openshaw, aged 21, marine; taken ill on 20 August 1809, off Brighton; disease or hurt, nausea, pain and distension of stomach and intestine and a violent vomiting; discharged 30 August 1809 to duty.

Folio 5: William Smith, aged 46, ordinary seaman; taken ill on 24 August 1809 off Brighton; disease or hurt, wounded by a splinter in the middle finger of right hand in action with an enemy privateer; discharged to Haslar hospital on 24 September 1809.

Folio 5: Thomas Field, aged 23, ordinary seaman; taken ill on 30 November 1809 off Brighton; disease or hurt, gonorrhoea with violent strangury and chordee; discharged 10 December 1809 to duty.

Folio 6: William Adamson, aged 30, able seaman; taken ill on 3 February 1810 off Brighton; disease or hurt, pain in the left hypochondriae region of the abdomen accompanied with a discolouration of the part affected; discharged 10 March 1810 to duty.

Folios 7-8: Jacob Nelson, aged 19, ordinary seaman; taken ill on 3 May 1810 while cruising; disease or hurt, general languor and lassitude, loss of appetite alternate chilliness and flushing with giddiness and pain in the head; died 15 May 1810.

Folio 8: Isaac Jackson, aged 24, able seaman; taken ill on 20 June 1810, off Brighton; disease or hurt, right leg scalded by accident while sitting before the fire; discharged 30 June 1810 to duty.

Folios 8-9: John Picker, aged 32, able seaman; taken ill on 18 September 1810, off Brighton; disease or hurt, old ulcer broke out on the anterior part of the tibia of the right leg; discharged 2 October 1810 to duty.

Folio 9: Jonathan Wood, aged 22, able seaman; taken ill on 17 October 1810, off Brighton; disease or hurt, swelling of the testicle caused by an accident; discharged 28 October 1810 to duty.

Folio 10: Henry Williams, aged 26, carpenter's mate; taken ill on 4 November 1810, while cruising; disease or hurt, frequent and copious discharge of feculent matter by stool accompanied with much griping flatulence in the intestines with sense of weight and uneasiness in the abdomen; discharged 15 November 1810 to duty.

Folio 10: Charles Rourke, aged 13, boy; taken ill on 10 November 1810, while ship cruising; disease or hurt, pain and difficult deglutition, with a sense of pain shooting into the ear, accompanied with pyrexia; discharged 20 November 1810 to duty.
