Folios 1-2: Mary Smith, aged 25, convict; case number 1; disease or hurt, syniope. Put on sick list, 4 April 1831, at sea. Discharged 28 April 1831 cured.
Folios 2-3: Mrs O'Brian's child, aged 19 months; case number 2; disease or hurt, diarrhoea. Put on sick list, 4 April 1831, at sea. Discharged 15 April 1831 quite well.
Folios 3-8: Betsey Riley, aged 25, convict; case number 3; disease or hurt, atrophy. Put on sick list, 4 April 1831, at sea. Died 10 May 1831.
Folios 8-9: Mrs Ferguson's child, aged 11 months; case number 4; disease or hurt, diarrhoea. Put on sick list, 24 April 1831, at sea. Died 27 April 1831.

Folio 21: a numerical abstract of the medical cases mentioned in the journal.
Folio 22: Surgeon's general remarks. The female convicts free children from the Foundling hospital at Cork and free women wives of convicts in New South Wales in number 191 were all healthy in the extreme during the voyage. The medium heat by thermometer during the six months they were on board as follows: March, 50; April, 74; May, 72; June, 54; July 50; August to the 13th, 60.
