Description

Medical and surgical journals of the New Grove [Convict] Ship, conveying female prisoners to Van Diemen's Land, covering the periods from 10 September 1834 to 5 January 1835 when Mr George Rowe was Surgeon [folios 1-11] and 24 November 1834 to 1 April 1835, when David Thomson took over as Surgeon due to Mr Rowe's ill health [folios 12-37]. (Described at item level).
