Folio 10: Thomas Woodberay, age 19, convict; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, incessant diarrhoea, giddiness, severe headache, thirst, ardent heat of the skin and great acceleration of pulse; dates on sick list, 11 August -13 September 1818; cured.

Folios 10-12: John Fauks, age 40, convict; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, pain in loins, debility of lower extremities, pain and stiffness in shoulders and arms, loss of appetite, bowels lax sometimes griped, countenance pale and dejected, skin cold, pulse small and feeble and tremulous; dates on sick list, 26 August -30 October 1818; cured.

Folio 12: Thomas Moor, age 26, soldier; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, severe griping pain in the umbilical and gastric regions; dates on sick list, 31 August -16 September 1818; discharged to duty.

Folios 12-13: John Thomas, age 23, convict; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, bowel complaints and violent griping; dates on sick list, 12 September-1 October 1818; cured.

Folio 13: John Oxley, age 32, convict; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, cold shivering pain and stiffness in thighs and knees, severe headache, skin hot and dry, pulse full hard and frequent thirst; dates on sick list, 19 September-16 October 1818; cured.

Folio 14: John Burgess, age 45, convict; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, erysipelas terminating in an extensive abscess, the inflammation appeared on the fore part of the leg attended with a burning pain in the whole limb and some degree of febrile derangement in the whole system; dates on sick list, 20 September-11 November 1818; cured.

Folio 15: John Caplion, age 36, convict; taken ill at Table Bay; disease or hurt, severe griping and purging, vomiting with painful spasm in his stomach; dates on sick list, 20 -31 October 1818; cured.

Folio 15: John Hephy, age 24, private soldier; taken ill at Table Bay; disease or hurt, acute pain in the left side which renders inspiration extremely difficult, attended with acclerated pulse and increased temperature; dates on sick list, 25 -31 October 1818; discharged to duty.

Folios 15-16: William Bott, age 22, convict; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, fleshy part of the end of his middle finger bruised and slightly lacerated by the links of the chain cable; dates on sick list, 1 November-6 December 1818; cured.

Folio 17: William Ploughwright, age 40, convict; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, emaciated and chronic rheumatism; dates on sick list, 11 November-8 December 1818; died.

Folio 18: Thomas Wells, age 24, convict; taken ill at sea; disease or hurt, violent pain in both sides of thorax with great difficulty in breathing; dates on sick list, 17-23 November 1818; cured.
